Shipping and Delivery

We use the shipping method that is best for each customer based on the product that is ordered. Items may occasionally become back-ordered and could take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified and have the chance to change your order.

Shipping charges are based on the USPS Flat Rate Shipping which adjusts with the dollar amount purchased. Depending on the products ordered, it may not be possible to ship all items at the same time, however, if such an instance should arise, you will be charged only one time for shipping.

Shipping charges are based on your total purchase price. Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping Details

Your order is shipped normally within 48-72 hours of receipt. You should receive your order within 5 - 7 business days, once your order is shipped.

Warranty

All products sold on Completely Colorado have the manufacture's warranty. We NEVER sell used or refurbished products.

If a product purchased from us has appeared to fail and it is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will attempt to help you exercise your rights under the manufacture's warranty. It is up to you to contact the manufacturer and get their approval for an exchange under their warranty program. We will need the name and the telephone number and extension of the person you spoke with or we cannot help you.

Returns

Completely Colorado's Return Policy is that we will accept returns and issue refunds on items within 15 days of receipt, provided ALL the following conditions are met ...

  • A Return Authorization is issued by Completely Colorado. If you return an item without first contacting Completely Colorado for a Return Authorization, this Return/Refund Policy is void. Any item returned to Completely Colorado without a Return Authorization will be refused and returned to the customer. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Item(s) is returned in original box, including all instruction manuals, warranty cards and packing materials. Items must be in re-saleable condition, to be determined by Completely Colorado.
  • Return shipping is to be paid by customer.
  • Items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damaged Orders

If you order is received damaged due to shipment, keep the original shipping material and Contact Us immediately.

If your order packaging appears damaged upon arrival or has been opened and then taped shut, do not accept delivery! If you are not there to sign for your package, contact the carrier immediately, and tell them the driver left a damaged or previously opened package and that you wish to refuse it. You have 48 hours (two business days) in which to notify us your order arrived damaged. After 48 hours (two business days) we will not accept any claims that your order arrived damaged. Damaged orders will be exchanged for the same product only.
